Global Perspective

A map drawn slowly, not widely.

We have chosen to know a small number of geographies well rather than a large number superficially. What follows is not everywhere we could invest, but where relationships have earned a place on the map.

Helsinki waterfront at dusk

Home & Registered Office

Finland

Helsinki remains our only office of record. Governance, capital and the instinct for patience all originate here, in a market small enough that reputation still compounds quietly.

East African landscape

Kenya · Ethiopia · Tanzania

East Africa

Water access drew us first, in Turkana, then across the wider Rift. Ethiopia and Tanzania followed the same logic: infrastructure that communities can maintain, financed on terms that do not expire when the photographs are taken.

West African coastal region

Ghana & the Atlantic corridor

West Africa

Our West African work is newer and narrower than the East: concentrated on grid-linked renewables and port logistics where Ghana meets the wider Atlantic trade routes. We prefer depth in one country to a map of pins.

Gulf cityscape

Jordan · United Arab Emirates

Middle East

The Levant's water stress and the Gulf's solar build-out are, to us, one thesis from two directions. Amman and Dubai are not satellite offices. They are where a decade of introductions became partnerships.

Southeast Asian river delta

Vietnam

Southeast Asia

Vietnam entered our map later than Africa or the Gulf, through manufacturing decarbonisation and delta water management: problems that reward the same long-dated capital we deploy elsewhere. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City anchor a presence we expect to grow slowly.
